  That one purple fabric is like glitter : you can try and get rid of it but it'll never really be gone

  Making a huge pillow cover and filling it whenever you have sewing scraps is actually a good idea to stash your scrap. It starts flat-ish, and when you filled it to the brim, you just start a second pillow. Way cooler than a bag stuck in the back of a closet

  the cushion is an ideal size because you're ALWAYS going to have more fabric scraps that you can put inside! you can literally be sitting on the pillow crafting and as you craft you'll be making more stuffing by default. it's like a garbage can you can sit on.... just shoving handfuls of fabric scraps into your seat as you go lol

  Lol I used to study lizards like the one you caught. They're anoles, not geckos. This one is a Green anole (super creative name) and they're the only native anole to North America. The rest of the 400+ species in the genus are native/endemic to the Caribbean and Central and South America. You did a job getting that girl out of your house, they usually turn brown when super stressed.

  I felt so proud when I discovered I could use old clothes or rags as cushion stuffing. Amazing what you can cram in there.

  My friend and i were both making costumes for a theatre and were taking about how it was going. He said something about how he had so much cabbage, I agreed and wished i could just be done with all my cabbage without being wasteful. The theatre people near us overheard and were so confused they asked why we would have cabbage. We laughed and explained it was historical slang for scrap fabrics thats too small to patch work or reuse for piecing<br>Edit: i also have a neighbourhood cat I&apos;m working up trust to get him neutered, &nbsp;i call him Rogers cause its his neighbourhood
