  Actually i really like seeing all the different big parts of the costume in different videos like these. They do feel like individual projects, let us see more details, and also builds excitement for the rest ! And this cloak is absolutely amazing ! It really looks beautiful.

  As a puppeteer who has made many, many fuzzy puppets, I can say that if you ever need to cut faux fur, doing so by using a sharp Xacto blade or razor blade on the backing side will save you SO MUCH VACUUMING. Scissors will cut the fur itself, but if you just cut the backing, the fur will separate and very little will get loose to tumbleweed around the house. <br><br>The cape is GORGEOUS and even from a very wintry area of the country with big piles of snow around me, it looks warm enough that it&apos;d cause some sweating. Which is exactly what one would want from a heavy winter cape! Love it!

  Sounds like it&apos;s time for some glow in the dark UV resin medieval kintsugi for that mirror. I love the cameo of your little guy in the tree at the end! The cloak turned out absolutely stunning despite the struggle!

  I have been having an amazingly awful day today (including a meltdown yaye) and when I woke up from my recovery/reset nap you had posted this. Thank you so much you have made this day less terrible. That cloak hood works So Well and everything looks So Gorgeous I kinda want to cry.<br><br>As for what to do with the mirror, it kinda feels fitting for it to be an icy portal into a snowy land like Narnia.

  i&apos;m so SO glad you are taking it one piece at a time with this project! (even if you didn&apos;t schedule a lot of time for it). I personally find it much more satisfying like this, instead of a rushed project, for the sake of it being in one video.<br>&lt;3&lt;3&lt;3 and the cloak turned out incredible !!

  Oh this looks glorious, very winter goddess/guardian. For the broken mirror, maybe you could make it look like it was a cursed mirror that shattered when the curse broke, maybe even with a weapon of some kind looking like it was stabbed into it?

  Tip from a professional embroidery tech! When machine embroidering fuzzy fabric we use a water soluble film to stop the machine from jamming! It’s almost like cling wrap but not sticky. Put it between your needle and the fabric and sew over top of it. Then you can peel off the big chunks and use a spray bottle to get rid of the tiny leftovers. I also highly recommend fabric stabilizer for any detailed embroidery or stretchy fabrics!
