  A person might be nervous or not expect certain questions from the employer or hiring manager in an interview but that will not represent a final image of you. I believe it is unfair not hiring someone only for the answers given in an interview if it has the job experience.

  This has been the case for me for almost a month now. Idk if it is a question of others having more experience or them not vibing with me in terms of personality.

  I struggle with knowing that I definitely want the job and also with specifics! My natural communication style is very abstract so I need to rehearse lines a lot for interviews. Unexpected questions completely throw me off

  Rambling is my biggest issue because it feels like I&apos;ve been talking for 30 seconds when, in fact, it&apos;s been 3 minutes.

  I got my current job from watching your videos. I have a second interview this Friday for a senior position with a different company and I&apos;m watching your videos again and taking notes😊. &nbsp;I used to ramble during interviews. Though I might not use everything I wote down, this really help me stay focused and appear less nervous. Thank you.
