  Father, thank you. It is so helpful, that you connect lessons wirh practical advice what we can do. When struggling with my thoughts, I sometimes fall into them, sometimes I am able to erase them wirh the Jesus Prayer. Mostly I have strong regrets of my past...<br>We have to keep on struggling. 🙏
