Bitter melon vines and leaves, boiled into a tea are great to clear out the lungs and head when you're congested. I lived on Guam for a few years and this is common knowledge there.

My husband grows pole beans on a trellis. We get enough beans for summer, fall, winter, and spring.

My Auntie has malabar spinach that I tried in 2012. I fell in love. It has a stronger taste that she didn't even like. She purchased at local nursery under spinach label. I transplanted a bunch last summer to a garden where I live💚🌱
