I love how you described it: friends are witnesses to chapters in your life. They are not there to witness all of your chapters. 👏🏽👏🏽🦋🌻

When we stop lending others the will of ourselves, we will stop seeing them as internal figures and receive them as the vast world of life, where all life flows and we are the final coordinate from it.

EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS JUST AN EXPERIENCE!

So accept everything as it is , feel it, learn it and let it go, let it be.

I envy this in slavic women: they are so cold emotionally, while us mediterranean put our heart and soul into things and it hurts

I’m grateful for this info. It’s so sad how many women, including me were taken advantage of because we weren’t taught this at an early age like around puberty.

When I read the book Step Into the Life You Deserve by Arden Kale, it reframed detachment as trust instead of avoidance. This video connects to that because healthy detachment doesn't remove love, it removes desperation. Spiritually, attachment often grows from fear of loss, while detachment grows from confidence that what's meant for you doesn't require constant control. That shift creates an entirely different kind of peace.

My ego seeks and needs people, my spirit is self , self needs self only, and is free from illusions.

Detachment is so much easier when you value your time, energy and attention - the life-force of oneself. Loved this video.
