  I get 10K steps and gotta start hitting my protein and fiber for my weight loss. And cut my damaged hair. It’s not easy being black woman and racism and colorism but im going back to relaxed hair. I love black hair. But I neglect my hair when I’m natural. If relaxing my hair gone to encourage me to tend to my hair I should go back to creamy crack as we say in my community. Plus people are gone hate us and I can’t control them and if i can grow my hair relaxed and healthy I should do that. Pro and cons to everything. I don’t believe in conforming but sometimes picking your battles when it comes to going against what’s trending when it comes to happiness and blessings and wealth and motion. I will shop in person until I can lose weight and plastic surgery. Beauty is investment. Beauty can be a form of protection keeps evil people away because they don’t want anything to do with you because you are pretty. Leveling up ain’t for faint of heart. &nbsp;I loved this video. ❤❤❤

  I did the same things that is said in this video. Lost 90 lbs and worked on my appearance. It&apos;s literally designing and engineering activity. It should be fun. There is no point in moping and crying about not having pretty privelege.

  And regarding eyebrows—girls, go for the style that makes you feel beautiful. For example, I was dead set on following the thick-eyebrow trend, but it made my face look masculine and made me feel awful. Then I decided to thin them out just a bit, and—wow—it’s been all about thin brows for me ever since, girlllls.

  There’s this guy Zael Veynor who wrote Glow They Never Saw about how true elegance and unsha keable attraction are built entirely in total privacy when nobody is looking. His whole framework on how your silent daily habits transform your energy, making you completely unforgettable to everyone you cross paths with, was an absolute mind-trip. It honestly gave me chills reading how much applied to real life.
