  In a press conference he once said &quot;the only one to play without errors is me&quot;... only a few people laughed, because (in my perception) many would think he was serious. Only after he said &quot;that was a joke&quot; everybody started laughing.

  I am 40 years old. When I was 10 I saw Kahn save an insane long range curl into a corner. When he saved it the kicker applauded him. I never forgot this.

  He wasn&apos;t only feared by the enemy strikers but even his own defenders.<br>There is one famous scene where he grabbed his own defender by the neck, shoving him forward because he was dissatisfied with his performance.<br><br>I swear, we need more such goalkeepers again: a bit on the brink of insanity but also with performances to back it up

  His Perfomance at the 2002 WC had some Baggio Esque Character. He Carried a Shit German National Team at the time of it’s Biggest Lowpoint in history to a WC final only to make the Biggest Mistake of his Career

  That golfing ball incident was actually even crazier than shown here. As he was hit by that ball in the head, he wasnt complaining about being hurt but was rather furious after the game. The president had to hold him back because he was about to eat someone alive :D. I can remember that as a Bayern Fan. Wild times, he also had a few really good interviews
