  Avoid running a dry brush through your barrel without wetting it first. Not because you will damage anything but because you WILL have powder residue inside your barrel, and running a dry brush in it will basically throw said powder everywhere like a cloud of dust. You will breath it, you will put it on your furniture and clothes and if you can avoid doing such a thing by wetting the barrel first you should do so.

  I just leave mine in my pocket holster in my jeans and throw it on with a load of laundry. No need to inspect or lubricate.

  FYI this is my default gun cleaning video. I always pull it up when I clean my glock 19. Well done. Glock really missed the advertising boat by not making this video themselves.

  Following this guide I cleaned my Glock 19 the best it’s ever been cleaned in 4 years. Not because I never cleaned it, but because I didn’t have the knowledge of specific spots to look for. Found dirt and grime I would have never noticed. Great job sir 👍🏽
