I'm from the Philippines, as you know there are stringent laws to firearm possession here, I was a government employee before have had a 22 lr for 20 years, I haven't seen a person with 2 rnds in center mass and 1 in the head get back up thru the years I have seen criminals in court

The most reliable .22LR pistol ever, for me, is the Walther TPH I inherited from my Dad. It "had issues" when I first got it, light strikes on the first shot if fired double-action. I sent it to Mike at M & M Gunsmithing and it came back PERFECT! (note: that is not surprising as Mike worked at Interarms for 15 years). Using CCI Mini Mag 40-grain solids this gun has never had a failure to feed or to fire; it's reliable as a rock, and accurate. 👍
