  I think these covers are so much better than the re-prints of the classic series. They actually are able to blend modern and classic and meet in the middle most of the time

  I have all of them. Though I find in interesting that Murder the Clown is the villain for the first Goosebumps movie and not within the book. I guess the people making the first Goosebumps movie aren't sure how to put the Frightener in it, so they chose Murder by changing him to a bad guy.

  I feel like having two series going at once with one being made up of all old villains (possibly with Tim making the art) and another series with  exclusively brand new villains and locations

  Happy you&apos;ve been reviewing each Goosebumps series since most people only go over the original series and show. I find it fascinating seeing how Goosebumps has changed over the last 30 years.<br><br>Side note: Do you plan to talk about Stine&apos;s other works after you finish up with Goosebumps? His short lived Nightmare Room run or Haunting Hour/Nightmare Hour collections?

  Frankenstein’s Dog was the first Goosebumps book I ever saw as a kid. It was shown to me by a friend. Issue was, I had a dog toy that looked almost like the creepy puppy on the cover and I was NOT into horror as a child, so seeing the freaky looking dog scared me so badly I screamed and I never played with that toy ever again. I’m a fan of the books now of course, but friendo if you randomly come across this comment just know I both love and hate you for that.
