He's probably been a peeping Tom as well as a house breaker before he started kidnapping they usually like being in people's houses no sense of boundaries

It’s someone who know them … teacher, cop, sports teacher, someone …. It wasn’t random

I was wondering if it was someone with a military background. Someone confident and brazen enough to subdue parents in their home confident in the use of guns and extremely organised and careful in logistics . That seems to me to fit even more than a police officer.

There was plenty and I mean plenty of Cops around in the 70s & 80s that were so corrupt that would have been involved in crimes like this.
I’m sure there’s still plenty in the force of today 2026 that are corrupt.

I was 9 when Carmen was taken and living in the area. It was absolutely terrifying. We would get held back at school because someone suspicious was seen nearby and we had to walk home in pairs. I think my sister and ai still have some degree of PTSD from that time.

There is a special place in Hell for those who harm children like this. Read Mathew 18;6.

Surely with poor Karmein Chan, he used multiple bullets when one would have sufficed. He went from total control to such a lack of control. I think that his face was revealed and he felt so angry that he never should have let any of the girls go, that he thought "one bullet for the first one, one for the second etc..."

In 1988, on two occasions about a week apart, a man approached me as I left Greensborough Station to walk home from school. He walked with me down Para Rd, asking various “small talk” questions, like he was scoping me.
He was supposedly on his way to work, at a business close-by (which he named).
This man fits every description of Mr Cruel I’ve ever read.

He could have kidnapped them from their rooms but instead confronted the parents. I wonder if he got off on that part. I want this solved so badly.
