My mum grew up a couple houses up from Rogerson she said he was always a bully and when it came out he was corrupt mum and Nan both said that isn’t surprising

Loved this interview. I remember I watched Blue Murder and thinking about the Taxi scene.I took it as truth back then but of time started to doubt the situation was really like that.Very interesting

A few people reckon Laurie Prendergast was the trigger man in the Drury shooting, but I guess we'll never know for certain.

My Dad's uncle was the senior PO in H Div when Flannery pulled his brick stunt on the roof.

You said that "H" division in Pentridge was the worst division, it was until they built Jika Jika inside the walls, that was where they sent the really bad boys with no hope of rehabilitation. I remember having to deliver some stores and equipment to the Officers mess there once, I had to go in the back gate, my truck was thoroughly searched by the guards there and was escorted up to the mess by a Prison Guard, On the way up he showed me Jika Jika from the road and explained all about it to me. Never forgot that, worst delivery I've ever done, everyone shied away from delivering there only the rookie drivers like me ever got that run. "H" division was also where the gallows were and Ronald Ryan was it's last ever long drop.

By becoming violently unstable and having a great deal of knowledge that certain people preferred did not become known, he made himself a problem that could only be solved with his murder...

He literally brought it on himself.

His malignant narcissism made his business, and that of his 'associates' headline news, in a business that should remain unseen and unheard...

"Rehabilitation" in the 70's and '80s - have been told stories, but can't imagine being inside at that time. Horror stories.

Pentridge Prison looks like Mt Eden Prison here in New Zealand , Made of Blue stone as well from the Quarry that was about 300 mtrs from the Prison , late 1800s Empires standard prison template
