  Chicago Costco employee here!! I recommend this channel to any of our members that are just starting out on Keto or not understanding how to read labels!   I just paid 39.99 for the wild caught frozen sockeye salmon and 14.99 for the organic triple berry. Crazy how much prices have gone up.

  Frozen fruit is also good to make your own “fruit on the bottom” yogurt meal prep. You just stick the frozen fruit in the bottom of a jar, layer on some of your favorite plain yogurt, screw the lid on, and stick it back in the fridge. The fruit will thaw in there and release juices that help flavor the yogurt. Then you can top with whatever you want (honey, granola, nuts, etc.), give it a little stir, and you have fruit yogurt without the boatloads of sugar in the store bought version.

  When you just bought the Cauliflower Pizza at Costco and see that it&apos;s Bobby Approved!! I&apos;m glowing! PS guys, it&apos;s so delicious.

  I’m 50 and never read labels until I watched your channel. Now I don’t buy anything until I’ve read the label and certified its Clean. Thank you.
