  It's hard to argue when the trainer is doing the exact same exercises to show how it's done and not just shouting instructions.

  This idea is actually really fun! All of that for $400 a month? A place to sleep, eat, exercise, shower, socialize, etc.

  That woman with the green shirt was so kind. All she wanted was to save and protect the cat. She even missed out on lunch and was probably starving for hours since she has been working out really hard.

  I was a fat kid. My dad got sick of it and sent me to hangout with his best friend who was a green Barret (special forces) in Panama and the golf war. I spent the whole summer splitting firewood and being forced to bicycle as fast as I could handle. I lost 85 pounds that summer between 8th grade and freshman year. From 250-170. Ended up joining the Army after highschool and did 15 years and I'm still 170. It's in your mind. And I refuse to lose to myself.

  The trainer seems really reasonable and knowledgeable, telling him there's no target for him knowing he's healthy, not to lose too much weight, giving him extra eggs etc. It shows that they're not just a blanket, "you gotta lose weight" mindset.
