  Hey guys! Great video! I worked at Amy's kitchen, Andy and Rachael Berliner are the parent's of Amy. They live the life and lifestyle of their food. Great people. They flew me to London with them to assist in launching their product in Europe years ago! What fun I had!

  I took health class for two years in jr high and 3 years in high school...this sort of information should literally be taught in schools about how to read the back of the box

  I try to eat not a ton of processed food, but I definitely buy Amy&apos;s and Applegate for the convenience when we need it. &nbsp;Not only is it higher quality ingredients, it really is good too.

  I know a lot of elderly folks who eat those frozen dinners. Definitely sharing what the best options are with them. Everytime I go to the grocery store, I read the ingredient . I always say to myself if it is Bobby approved or not. Totally addicted to label reading.. I have been doing Keto for 1 1/2 years. &nbsp;It is all in making good choices. I lost 60 pounds and I wear a size 8. Good choices and label reading have improved my health.

  I&apos;m reading labels on everything now at the store. It takes me longer to shop but it&apos;s so worth it. thank you for all of the tips.
