  King Arthur Flour is 100% employee-owned, a true rarity these days. I’ll support them with my business.<br>And my family were dairy farmers in County Kerry, so I’m sticking with KerryGold. 🙂

  Try milling your own wheat berries. &nbsp;This has the most optimal vitamins and minerals. &nbsp;And the best tasting bread.

  Those Oats are THE BEST! Our family had lamb roasts growing up. Always a variety of Meats and &nbsp;Seafood on Sundays. Still love &nbsp;lamb; especially lamb lollipops! ❤
