Ci sono molti modi per presentare la zuppa inglese <br>Con il pan di spagna o la pasta frolla lo fanno anche molte pasticcerie <br>A me piace molto - indubbiamente più facile e veloce da preparare - con savoiardi strati di crema e ciuffi di panna sopra con spolverate di cacao

Can someone explain why (at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjo-uUhCLGQ&t=769">12:49</a>) he says they will "immediately cool the pastry cream by placing either a little granulated sugar or some powdered sugar on top" (before covering it w/film) ?? I don't get how that could assist in the cooling. Great video though, it's good to see simple things prepared w/great attention to detail and high quality ingredients. + that location is incredible
