Oggi ti mostro come preparare una Zuppa inglese cremosa deliziosa, fatta in casa come quelle delle migliori pasticcerie. Per una Zuppa inglese al cucchiaio a regola d'arte devi preparare una crema pasticcera aromatizzata con bacca di vaniglia e usarne una parte per creare una crema al cioccolato. Ricordi personali: mamma faceva inzuppare di più con l' Alchermes e il dolce era più morbido tanto da non essere così " fermo". Ogni famiglia ha i suoi ricordi e anche se mamma forse sbagliava, quel che ci emoziona è quel che ci porta alla memoria l' infanzia, che è quel che conta, a prescindere dalla ricetta giusta.

Il dolce della domenica delle mamme italiane di un po' di tempo fa...prima della moda del tiramisù . Buonissimo e facile . Nonostante il liquore alchermes lo mangiavamo anche noi bambini 😂

Obrigada pela receita. Minha mãe fazia sempre mas não tínhamos alchermes então ela colocava groselha. Farei exatamente a sua receita porque quando ela era menina era exatamente assim que ela comia. Saudades da minha mama.❤

Non so perché la misura dello stampo da usare per alcuni non è necessario. Ma se si segue una ricetta, e quindi un dosaggio, la misura dello stampo è fondamentale, per avere lo stesso risultato. Complimenti per il video. Cari saluti. Nonna Lina.
