If de-oxidizing your boat's gelcoat, those kitchen scrub pads (plastic, like the one at 3:26) will take off a huge amount before you start clogging buffing pads.

Hardware store oxalic or muriatic acid are dirt cheap but work great on hull stain…very careful handling is a must.
For teak clean I use TSP (2 tbsp) and two cups of bleach in one gallon of water, mix throughly, lively scrub on wet teak, let it sit for 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

If you are buying parts for any boat or car engine and they have a part number and are labeled with a different brand from the engine then you can buy the parts directly from the manufacturer as they are significantly cheaper than buying a part that is branded for your particular boat or car.

You'd better test any chemicals on teak in a small invisible area before you apply it. E.g. caustic soda may blacken some species of wood.
