It takes 5 minutes to throw the ingredients for a loaf in a bread machine. It costs me £2 to make 3 loaves. Buying bread has never been less attractive.

ALL M&S BREAD SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED. IT ALL CONTAINS FOLIC ACID WHICH REACTS TO CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS, SUCH AS CARDIAC STENTS, EPILEPSY, TAKING ASPIRIN AND OTHERS. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. FOLIC ACID ALSO IN ALL THEIR BAKED GOODS, PIES, PASTRY, CAKES AND BISCUITS. THE DAYS OF M&S BEING TRUSTED HAVE GONE!!

Chicken legs. 3 good sized or 2 enourmous, slow grown free rnge, for £1.50. Actually taste and feel like chicken used to. Cheaper and better than in aldidl. And the milk, the farmers get paid properly for.

Buying M&S brand products actually saves you money compared to name brands, and the ingredient list is so much cleaner without all the artificial fillers.

I've used M and S butter for years. I do the bulk of my shopping there as it is usually better quality,and at the same price or cheaper.

I do not buy Scottish smoked Salmon i prefer wild Salmon. I dont like farmed at all. It does not taste the same.
