  Grieving today. This video helps. Yeah Simione, “we walk by faith not fear” 🙌🤙. My house burned down, lost everything two days before my wedding. Moved off island last Sept. &nbsp;But my parents/fam stayed and are rebuilding. Lahaina will always be home and will rebuild stronger. God comfort those who need comforting as some lost way more than material things and provide so everyone can rebuild and return home if it’s in your will. God bless Lahaina.   I remember when the news about the fire break on my country I literally panicked and been up on every news about the fire. <br><br>That&apos;s my first time seeing whole ass city brunt in just one snap. It&apos;s heartbreaking seeing a wonderful community being burnt down. My mind thinking about the people who deal with this. I can&apos;t imagine the pain and grief they all suffering even up to this day.<br><br>I pray for them up until now. People of Lahaina deserves better. Despite them being away from the mainland they deserve a quick response from every incidents. <br><br>You can literally see the incompetence of their government that&apos;s why this incident cost a lot.

  My sister and my mom&apos;s grandson are safe and sound at the hotel where they at. I am so happy that their house wasn&apos;t on fire.

  I’ve from England, and remember watching the live videos from the victims. It’s like the news went completely silent, with no death counts, no updates on anything, nothing about rebuilding or<br>We’re the money went!

  Watching this makes me think that the state should definitely invest in strategically placing a lot more hydrants than there currently are, with backup power ready to go, in a lot of spots. Also all government buildings or buildings of cultural importance should be rebuilt to have sprinklers on the roofs in strategic locations (with their own backup power) so that if fire were to ever come to the area again, on goes the sprinklers and they stay on till the fire is gone. I mean they&apos;re on an island, gotta pull out all the stops to protect the place. And yes, I know it&apos;s probably not the most affordable plan of action but I&apos;d much rather be dealing with water damage than a completely gone structure.
