  So this restaurant is very close to where I stay - they have some of the best food around and the lady that helped him is the most friendly, most helpful person ever.

  In the early part of the video, when he is in the Fish and Chip shop, the reason the assistant was being that way with him is that she could not understand what he was saying. She is an African lady of the Xhosa tribe, and English is probably her fourth language. She is used to speaking to people speaking English with a South African accent, &nbsp;but this gentleman with his European accent is a struggle for her.
