The thing about Cape Town is that when you travel the world with high expectations, the disappointment is real. But then you return home, and get a new appreciation for our city, people and value.

We accidentally left our fanny pack at the petrol pump with all of our passports, dollars and about R1000 in it. We realised 45 mins out. Decided to drive back just in case. As we drove into the petrol station the attendants flagged us down. They kept our fanny pack with everything untouched. We tipped them, but to be honest, I would have been happy just to get our bank cards and passports. Incredible.
