  I agree with you. The government of all North America countries need to regulate honey imports. This fake honey needs to be done away with.

  Finally I a video that describes to people in a way that helps them understand and hits all key points.Well done ✅ My boys have are beekeepers in Manitoba and it’s not simple as people think in their case, they took over their late dad’s business they have only been operating for a few years. They can’t just sit on honey and wait for this to be over. It takes money to operate. Their dad on the other hand was able to sit on the honey because he was in it for over 30 years, there’s a lot more to it than people understand and I thank you for putting this video out.

  North American countries need to work more closely together for the good of all. This would make a stronger economy for them all to fend off the aggression of china. I would much rather buy from Canada or Mexico than from Asia. What about a TV, motorcycles, appliances, furniture and automobiles. I know we have the ability to build a dependable automobile if the government would just get out of the way. These companies would either build a good product or go out of business. That’s the beauty of a competitive market economy.

  Excellent video as always. &nbsp; <br><br>China can’t sell to America. &nbsp; But they can sell to Argentina who then sells it to US and our stores sell it as “local” honey. &nbsp; “Pure 100%”. &nbsp;All adulterated with corn syrup or something similar.

  If her honey was MADE in Mississauga &nbsp;than it is Ontario Honey. Big difference between MADE (bees do that) and packaged. Learning to read, and understand honey lables is huge!<br><br>The biggest effect this will have on the rest of us is that if they do choose to take a discount and ship across Canada is that they could flood the market affecting us small producers dollar.

  Loved the video, I agree. In my case the postage cost is repressive in Canada due to subsidizing off shore imports @ $1.99 + $0.01 shipping. Stop the offshore dumping, lower the cost of postage and small business will thrive. Jeff Bezos understands this.

  Honey is not defined by geographical location. Most of these companies problems can be traced right back to the space between their ears. It comes from working in an export market and not planning ahead while things are good just in case everything goes all to hell. Poor financial management, carrying debt, excessive spending etc. My profits from maple syrup production went into guaranteed investments and earned me more money every 3 months, that was for emergencies or if i had a few bad seasons , got sick. injured whatever I generated 30k sitting on my butt every year. Honey producers never have a bad year? Companies need to protect themselves and their employees before things go bad and put their money to work properly. &nbsp;.
