And the owner want 15℅ more in rent!The owner of your apartment must be living in fantasy land.<br>Now he&apos;s going to loose a long term steady customer because of greed! <br>I agree whit you. No drama, just move and vote with your wallet. They need to learn how capitalism work the hard way! <br>The golden days are over! The neighbouring countries start to look more and more appealing and tourist friendly. Thailand are getting to entitled and I hope they learn and adjust before it&apos;s to late.

  Happy Vikings is usually the place I stay for the 1st couple of nights after I landed in Thailand and then figure out where to go next. Decent spacious rooms for a decent price. The restaurant is good, the drinks are good and if you are bored you can always hang at the bar there and listen to the live band.

  Hi, I stand in the sun and wind to dry of a little after a bath so my chair and towel don&apos;t get so wet. And also it&apos;s nice to get a little sun before going back in the shade

  Nice walk around Trev. What was that first street you walked down to the beach and what street does the pattaya baht bus go through in Jomtien? I would guess near the busy beer bar Soi&apos;s. Some of those people have to stand up to sun themselves because if they lay down green-peace would come in and scoop them up. :) :)

  There are 40,000 McDonalds outlets worldwide, not as many as I thought, I was closer to what you thought.<br>As for standing up to sunbathe, maybe it&apos;s to get a more gentle all over tan as you move about. Maybe, for some men, their gut casts too much shadow lying down lol<br><br>I am looking at moving there myself, your channel is very informative and perfect to make that decision.<br><br>Keep up the great work !!
