They are data cables, the electricity cables are higher. PEA did undertake to bury the electricity cables and they did so in parts of Jomtien Second Road but I haven't seem much happening elsewhere.

I got bored of Pattya years ago it's the greed of the bar owners decided enough is enough. If you want low key entertainment with city charm I recommend Udon Thani
