  Only comment on your antenna, try to trim that rod to about 0.46m. &nbsp;That will get you close to 1/4 wavelength for the center of the marine VHF band. &nbsp;If you can find a local HAM radio operator, they can tune to better for you, but this lenght will get you close-ish.

  Hi Leo Im just about to start my journey of becoming a boat builder at 19 i realised i loved the precision work the tight joints and handtools at college I then went on to volunteer with the thames sailing barge trust in Maldon, England and doing painting work on other barges the barge trust introduced me to your videos i actually started watching once you had already finished building it atleast it ment i didnt have to wait &nbsp;ive watched every video leading up to the one of you finally sailing out of Port Towns End. It was an absolute masterpiece every single person in the video was just lovely and fitted in perfectly, the effort you put in to capture every moment and giggles along the way whilst still teaching so much was just magical ill be forever grateful im just about to start my journey of building traditional wooden boats for a year at an academy in Dorset, England Thanks to you I found my dream career I hope the Tally Ho series carries on inspiring and teaching future generations to keep the craft of wooden boats alive❤️
