Folks who suffer from ongoing "vertigo", please keep watching this doctor! There is hope, and you can live a normal life. Get your neck aligned, do the exercises and you'll get quality of life back. I had a true vertigo spinning experience after sneezing in a funny position, but then after that I kept having ongoing symptoms that left me tense and scared to even turn my head or move quickly in any way. I found a wonderful vestibular therapist who discovered that my neck was causing proprioception problems. Turns out I had thrown my atlas (C1 vertebrae) out along with some crystals in that sneeze and once I got that put that C1 in place (almost a half year later), relief came quickly. Since then, my brain always wants to create new patterns quickly. When I have a funny pulling cart at the grocery store, I feel pulled to the side for a little bit after I'm done with the cart. haha Thank you very much for shedding so much light on dizziness. It's so debilitating and sometimes it leaves you feeling like you'll never be able to do anything again.

Hi Dr. Jon. I just realized you are about 2hrs from me! Crazy. I've been following along on your videos for a few months now. The neck exercises you have show here have been very helpful to me. Thank you. I have dizziness on the regular from way too many injuries (6 concussions and I've got a connective tissue disorder). Because of this, it seems my dizziness comes from my neck, ear, and eyes. I have prolonged post concussion syndrome and migraines from that. The vestibule ones can have me spinning like a top with all the symptoms you list here. I have eye trouble as well (and probably pots too as I tend to pass out from bending over, standing up, and stairs send my heart beat racing). I'm a mess and fully disabled from it all. I have been in chiropractic care since I was 18. You are the first to properly explain dizziness. Once again, thank you!

My one was not vertigo but it was vestibular neuritis. Last December for 15 to 20 days I was unable to walk straight. I lost my balance while walking especially in the sunlight crowded area and super markets. Feel like about to fall but never fallen. One day it triggered me very strongly. Since that day I felt myself that I’m recovering. Now there’s a slight dizzy but normal. I can walk freely.

Thank you so very much for this Doc, I have had these virtigo symptoms on and off for a few months now. It started around March while I was lying on my living room (tiled) floor and felt a tiny pop in my neck when I turned my neck to look/talk to someone. Then the whole room started spinning on and off that entire day. Then it disappeared for a while, and returned a few weeks ago and has refused to go away since. I can feel it when I position my head in a certain way sometimes while lying down or lately just lifting up my head to grab something from the top shelf. I do need to mention that I have endured traumatic stress this past year that has definitely contributed to my neck stiffness. The good thing is I don't feel any headachea or nausea. I was so scared and thought I needed a CT scan or something.
