Wow. This is so true. People ask me how I'm feeling. I say better but not completely. I say I'm functioning and pretending to be ok.

Day 1: Before doing this exercise, my eyes felt really heavy, like there was a lot of pressure in my eyes and head. But after completing it, I literally feel so much lighter in my eyes and head.

I’ll update here again tomorrow.

I've been plagued by vertigo and the following brain fog for years. No one could explain this. That explanation in the video is the most important thing I learned. I'm not broken!

After a long hiatus, I resumed swimming laps again. This brought on vertigo and severe upper neck pain. Caused by rapid bilateral breathing during the freestyle stroke swimming. I now understand how the severe neck pain is connected to the vertigo. Today, after completing these exercises just once, I feel a difference. I'm taking a week or two break from swimming but I don't want to stop completely, I love it and it's a low impact way to keep in shape.

I've been experiencing the brain fog and lightheadedness and disconnected feeling for 3 months. The best way I've found to describe it is it feels like a hangover, but without consuming alcohol.

Unbelievable, I had a really bad Vertigo attack about 3 or 4 months ago, so bad that I called an ambulance to take me to hospital. Then after several epley manoeuvres and taking medication I started to feel better, but for weeks or more had that brain fog, heavy feeling. Always waiting for next Vertigo attack.. I have for years suffered with neck pain, especially where the neck meets the skull, and my job at the airport, loading cargo planes makes it worse, as I constantly have to look behind me while driving up to and past the plane to load and offload. I left the airport for 6 weeks doing security work, but returned 1 week ago..and just this Thursday I got another attack of Vertigo, and again my neck had been sore. Most likely because of the driving job at airport. Again, it seems to have passed, and to be honest, I hate the feeling so i didn't want to do epley manoeuvres, but the heavy feeling, brain fog, a little uneasy on my feet remains... So, I'm glad to come across this video, as it seems to target exactly what I'm feeling....
