Having inspections during the building process is one of the best investments you can make

Great advice especially with the inspections … I have a new house and see problems that could become worrisome. Thank you!

I don’t know man. I think most have been priced out. Sellers are asking more than what new builders are asking for. Homes on the market over 90 days.

Great job, Raad! All of this information is spot on! In today's rapidly changing real estate market, accurate information isn't optional, it's essential. Hiring the right Realtor has never been more important. When you use an experienced local Realtor, you'll be in the strongest position to make smart real estate decisions. So thankful to have you in this industry and everything you do for our community!

Great advice Raad, we're so grateful we had you on our side and followed your advice 2 years ago. Can't imagine going through this without a realtor!!

Let's be real.. the reason the homes need so many inspections is that many of the homebuilders are trying to throw up homes as quickly as possible and move the lots off of their books. They could not care less about the legal status or quality workmanship of the labor used. Of course, the builders and developers live in neighborhoods outside of the price range of 99% of buyers.

You personally are part of the problem as to what's happened to this town. You've been shilling moving here for years and have contributed to the overpopulation. I actually met and talked to you one day in Copper Ridge.
