I've had dizziness (not vertigo) for at least a year - no doctor takes a stab of how to heal it. Also, for the last half year my neck has been crunching. When I move my neck side to side or front to back it makes a noise like cereal in a baggie - not really any pain but definitely concerning.

Auto backup cameras don't require you to look back and rotate the head and as a result can create weakness and a reduction in range of motion {sensory-motor amnesia}.

Another great video. I like number five solution for its ease and simplicity. Regarding number four which is restricted neck rotation what do you think of very gentle PNF contraction from a neck rotated position just barely hitting restriction and not pain? Gentle isometric in a gently stretched position given I dont have your Mulligan apparatus boss to be honest I don’t have patience with apparatus use although I have started using a chi ball at the behest of jenny hynes my local physio.

I've had what I'm fairly certain must be cervicogenic dizziness for about a month now. I believe the main cause is neck strain caused by a pillow that was too thin, as I am a side sleeper (predominantly right side). I started having neck soreness on the left side at about the same time the dizziness started, which is another clue I believe to the type of dizziness. I discovered your videos about a week ago and immediately tried the Mulligan technique using the edge of a hand towel. I did it twice, and experienced at least an 80% reduction in dizziness immediately that lasted all day. I also started using the bag-on-head walking about, which is also quite helpful. I woke up with dizziness the next morning and applied Mulligan (two times) with excellent results. However, on the third morning with dizziness the technique provided almost no relief whatsoever, which was extremely frustrating. Also tried chin tucks with no success. I don't understand why the effectiveness of the Mulligan manipulation would go to nearly zero after three days. It's rather frustrating.

In 2018 I had a severe neck injury and C2 through 7 had to be fused
I lost almost 50% range of motion.
6 months ago I started getting dizzy when I stand up and then it progressed to
even when I'm laying down and I roll from one side to the other. about a month ago I got a full-blown bout of
Vertigo.
Where my eyes would not stop moving.
I still get dizzy all the time. Anytime I get up off the floor or roll from side to side when laying down. which I do a lot as a mechanic. I'm under vehicles and on creepers and working overhead. i would love to hear your thoughts on my specific situation.
Seeing as how my neck doesn't move normally.
