  2 more fun facts about Wojtek:<br><br>1.) Wojtek actually found a spy (what had happened is that the soldiers were informed about Wojtek being a bear, so when the spy snuck in, he of course didn&apos;t know and screamed when he ran into him, giving himself away)<br><br>2.) not only did he smoke, but he also ate the cigarette (and he could tell if it was lit or not, if it wasn&apos;t he would spit it out)

Those same kicks can easily break human hand bones in one hit.

  Fun fact about Wojtek: they didn’t train him to carry ammunition and artillery shells. He saw the troops doing it for so long that he followed their example during the battle, and given his size and strength, could carry what would take four men to carry at once. <br><br>Wojtek survived the war and happily retired to a zoo in Edinburgh, where he lived for twenty years until he died peacefully in the early 1960s. At the zoo members of his former unit would regularly visit him, and he would respond to Polish, dance to the Polish National Anthem, and eat the lit cigarettes they tossed him. The veterans would anger zookeepers by jumping into his enclosure to wrestle with him and spend time with him. <br><br>There are statues of him in Edinburgh and in a few cities in Poland whose names I don’t remember. The main questions to ask at this point is:<br><br>1. Why has no one made a movie about him. This sounds like something Disney would have made an animated movie about by now.<br>2. Can someone do a mod in Call of Duty that makes the care package be delivered by Wojtek, or any mod featuring this absolute unit.<br><br>Edit: A Scottish-Polish animated movie called “A bear named Wojtek” was released in 2023; it won four academy awards.

  You do NOT want a pet koala, they’re loud and mean with really sharp claws. There’s a story I heard of people trying to steal a koala from a zoo; they ended up taking a crocodile instead because it was honestly safer.

  You know the funniest thing to me is Australia has the deadliest spiders in the world, the deadliest snakes, the deadliest sea creatures and is treated as this incredibly dangerous place and yet still manages to have one of the highest average human lifespans at roughly 82 to 84 years depending on the study you use.
