  as a certified aussie i can confirm that huntsman spiders are entirely harmless and they are actually good company however they are pretty terrifying looking and the car crashing part is true

  Main reason the funnel web is considered a kill on site spider is it&apos;s virtually blind, but when it does finally see you all it want&apos;s is blood, it&apos;s a rage virus spider who will happily go to whatever god it chooses to bite you repeatedly.<br><br>Huntsman though is misunderstood, he&apos;s the ugly duckling, no harm to you and really doesn&apos;t want to fight, but will pay rent as he should by removing every pest in it, more effective than a team of pest control guys.

  the reason cone snails have no antivenom is cause each one basically mixes its own unique cocktail from scratch. they&apos;re also known as cigarette snails cause if you&apos;re stung, that&apos;s all you&apos;ll have time for, and that proboscis can curve around to nail you from any angle, so you aren&apos;t even safe picking them up from behind

  Gympie Gympie stings can last a long time, sometimes even years, but more often it’s just weeks or months. How long it lasts depends on how badly you’re stung, how quickly you get proper treatment, and any other health issues you might have. The pain isn’t at full intensity the whole time, either. The worst of it is usually in the first 24 hours. Doctors usually give you pain meds and focus on removing as many of the tiny, toxic hairs from your skin as possible. &nbsp;After that, it’s mostly extreme sensitivity and random spikes of pain rather than nonstop torture.

  the most effective way i&apos;ve found to help my fear of spiders is watching documentary-style videos on YouTube. seeing them be so smart and efficient makes them more relatable and friendly, especially seeing how they interact with humans so curiously.
