  If you make your own absorbers with Rockwell - spray them with a can of hairspray, it glues the pesky little fibres together and stops them floating about in the air and heading to your lungs.

  Extra tip.<br>if you don’t want to diy your desk or other furniture.<br>The secondhand market for office furniture is big.<br>Big companies renew their furniture often and get rid off their &nbsp;perfectly fine used stuff.<br>Sometimes for free if you can<br>Pick it up yourself because they want to get rid of it fast and its cheaper to give it away than to pay the cost of transporting it to the dump.<br>I got a big desk (1x2meter) and a smaller one for free because some company went bankrupt and all their stuff was gonna get thrown away in one day and they put out an add that you could basically take anything as long as you came that day and take care of the transport yourself.<br>I could have taken alot more.<br>Chairs, cabinets all kinds of stuff but I needed the two desks and I couldn’t fit more in my car.<br>So online marketplace and secondhand stores are obvious and you can get alot for cheap.<br>But if you are not in a hurry and have access to your own transport, look for recent bankrupt companies, find out when the cleanout is and show up, maybe even help out a little and often they let you take stuff for free.

  I went with the MOTU MK5 laster year. Dual monitors, dual headphones with a splitter, excellent software controls and gobs of inputs/outputs with a small footprint in my rack. Love everything about it.
