  Here in Australia, we had the same issues with MT. We switched to MeshCore in Victoria and we are very close to crossing the entire state which is an absolutely massive area. It&apos;s been fantastic and the mesh is expanding rapidly.

When a valid path has been found, the packets can prioritize that route which is what makes messaging so seamless.

  As someone who has a few meshtastic nodes in rural Texas and zero time to fool around with better antennas, thank you for this comparison. I&apos;m close to 100 miles from the outskirts of any major metro area and never see any traffic on meshtastic while drving around with one of my nodes, even through the Houston area.<br>Ill probably stick with meshtastic, as it&apos;s mainly to have a communication method with my wife and kids with the spotty cell coverage, but once I do get my ham shack built on this property ill have to run at least one meshcore node to see if there is anything gojng on in this area.

  It&apos;s always really sad to lose a pet, especially around the holidays. I hope you remind yourself to take it easy. Jack was 14! He had a full life :)

  Amazing news from USA. In Portugal I was invited by a friend of mine Miguel AKA mike 05, to make part of the groupe in Portugal. So, I built two RPTs in my area, one more on the way😊, and start transmit and receiving msgs, was instantly, and 24hours a day. So I am a Meshcore user only and Im very happy with the net in Portugal. At these moments we could connect South to the Center of Portugal. And in a near future we will connect to the North too. We developed Moxons &nbsp;antennas, and works great to connect more than 80 KLM, directly. Tks for sharing. Best Regards Paulo.
