  Breathers made one if the bigger differences to prevent pressure/vacuum from sucking water into the rubber seals.<br>One thing I&apos;ve noticed having the solar panel externally mounted like this one is that the box stays a bit cooler. &nbsp;Mounted properly, it also slightly shades the box.<br>Surface mounting the solar gives a temperature conduit to the box and it runs significantly hotter. &nbsp;Our Texas sun can be brutal.<br>I&apos;ve also thought about adding reflective aluminum tape to the box to see if that can also help with temps. &nbsp;Love exparimenting with these things.

  Hi mate, i just wanted to say how wonderful and inspiring this video has been for me. i havn&apos;t had the comms passion burn like this since i was at tafe! Meshcore is absolutely fascinating and i&apos;ve just dipping my toes as of the last month or so. i&apos;ll be looking to get my friends and family up and running in my lil town in south west aus and share the magic (and right!) of decentralized LoRa communications with them and al who are interested &nbsp;:) thank you!

  I used rubber washers where the solar attaches to the door, just in the inside between the bolts and washer/nut stack with a dab of silicone around the bolt inside the washer. Worked extremely well!
