  Curtis, you are one of the most honest tradesmen ive ever watched on YT if people are talking smack about you they got rocks in their head.  You are a great teacher, you are patient and you dont skip even the small steps, any homeowner or business owner is lucky to have you working on their stuff.  Rock on, brother.

  Neglect! &nbsp;Just had a no cool call yesterday. &nbsp;Asked the resident when was the last time you changed the filter. &nbsp;She said, There&apos;s a filter? &nbsp;Been living there for four years!

  That little RYOBI pressure washer was just what I needed on cell tower sites that were so remote with ZERO water access back 20 years ago to clean BARD wall mount units that were packed full of dirt and debris to get the condenser coils clean. I had to use HP air from my portable air compressors I carried on my service van. I also carried a 30 gallon drum of potable water so this set up you used would have been IDEAL! Great job with this service call Curtis.
