  Nah the ending happened exactly how it was supposed to, this is Resident Evil people. Plus, the story we got is about an average person inside of Racoon City. We are just so used to playing the hero and surviving, the film gave us the viewpoint of the victims and their experiences. I can&apos;t wait for a second film and legacy characters to come back.

  I loved that Bryan was just a regular dude. People love saying they&apos;re prepared for apocalypses but realistically, and especially in THIS type of situation, hardly anyone would be prepared. He was just tryna get some extra money 💔 gas expensive rn

  I like how this movie is like the POV of the &quot;prequel/epilog&quot; where you play as some survivor and well sometimes they don&apos;t make it! 😅

  Scientist aside, I liked the ending, not everyone has a healthy dose of plot armor or has been trained in quips and combat like the usual protagonists in resident evil. Sadly he just happened to be one of the unlucky few. Fun fact though, that monster that we see him kill at the end is supposedly the same one from the farm house.
