  I just find it interesting that they wanted to use as little CGI as possible so they went out of their way to find a super tall guy to play the Offspring. Then that tall guy played Captain Clark.

  When I saw this in theaters and The Offspring showed up I deadass thought this movie as about to go from Rated R to Rated X 😭

  One of the few times studios listened to the core audience. Don't get me wrong, Prometheus and Covenant weren't "bad" per say, but they lacked that core horror vibe and felt like an action film. Romulus nailed the atmosphere and horror perfectly.

  What I liked about the movie is that there were little nuggets where Andy called Rain out for basically abandoning him… well she was planning on doing so cuz the new planet didn’t allow synthetics. <br>She got so mad at him for no longer choosing what was best for her when she had already basically given up on him.
