During the "free refills" segment they showed a waiter pouring wine. Just to be clear drinks that have alcohol are NOT included in the free refills.

Sometimes our competitive nature makes some people feel inadequate or not good enough....I've had friends, coworkers, and family approach me very upset and crying sometimes, I always tell people 'you do you'....dont measure yourself by everyone else, your employer wants to compare you to your peers, we all have our strengths and our weaknesses.  You must be comfortable in your own skin....❤

Sarah has improved so much speaking and understanding English.   I remember two years she seemed somewhat reluctant to appear on camera.   That is no longer the case.

First one.  Random quick conversations.  How else do you meet people?   I have met girlfriends through random jokes while waiting in line somewhere.  Had a fun 2 minute conversation with a random guy while browsing scented candles last week.<br><br>"Yeah, the ladies love the candles."  He laughed, and we talked for a bit.  May never see him again, but we both made a random shopping trip a bit more fun.

My grandfather drinks coffee in summer and iced tea in winter. He says it tricks the body. So you stay comfortable all year around.

Even in New York if you talk with someone and ask for information, they are very likely to surprise you with how helpful and friendly they actually are.

I don't go shopping for groceries anymore. Walmart will deliver to my house through the app.

Ice is cheaper than the drink so the more ice in the cup, the less it costs the business. It's annoying when you get a drink and 90% of it is just ice.
