Huge thanks for the support ❤️ If my cooking style works for you, I’ve got a second channel you might enjoy too: 👉 @notanothercurryshowsamebutdiff Ingredients Filling • Cherry pie filling — 400 g | 1⅔ UK cups | 1⅔ US cups • Cornflour (cornstarch) — 8 g | 2 tsp | ⅔ tbsp • Lemon juice — 15 ml | 1 tbsp | 3 tsp | 1 UK tbsp | 1 US tbsp • Vanilla extract — 5 ml | 1 tsp • Almond extract (optional) — 1 ml | ¼ tsp Pies • 4 uncooked 10-inch flour tortillas • Egg — 1, beaten with 15 ml water for sealing • Oil spray I brushed them while hot with: • 30 g icing sugar • 10–15 ml hot water • Tiny splash of vanilla I wouldn't bother if you want crisp!
