Easily the best bbq channel on youtube. One thing I would love to see is you going to a turksh butchers and telling us how to spot high quality meat and what cuts are good for what style of cooking

As Afghans, we use squeezed onion juice to flavor and tenderize our lamb kababs. We mainly use yogurt for chicken, for lamb kababs spices are used minimally
