  what a great channel. slow and methodical videos make me actually want to cook this recipe up myself. the pacing + laid back quality is really nice too. i’m glad the era from the 2020-2026 dopamine frying tiktok sloptube mr beast style of videos that so many cooking channels went towards is slowly getting phased out. don’t ever change please. hope you do really well
