  We are retired, and moved in 2021 to my husband's family farm. We inherited dilapidated buildings and junk along with beautiful trees, views and spaces. We have now planted more trees, and have new perennial gardens, and four gardens of edibles. We are thrilled at feeding all the different beautiful birds and pollinators! This year has been a real struggle to keep up with weeds, because of all of the rain! We keep plugging away! I don't often comment,  but I just want to encourage you because  your video encouraged me. I'm  so thankful for your commitment to share a way of life that is so healthy and rewarding with us, and to see your children work along side you is bliss! They already know so much more than the average child! May God bless you all and give you a wonderful harvest! You are inspiring!

  Folks will need this information one day whether they know it now or not.  You are helping so many with your helpful videos.   Corn beans squash, the three sisters.  This is the way.

  The weeds you feed the cows are a delicacy in Kenya. <br>We call it terere (Amaranth). It grows on fertile soils during the rainy season.

  Love your videos and your homestead! I&apos;ve been following you guys from the moment you moved to this place, and I&apos;m so happy for all you&apos;ve achieved! You are amazing people and inspiring for many!<br>We are older than you, with kids out of the house already, but we did it too! Mived to a raw land and building our homestead from scratch. Very daunting at times, but as you say, one step at a time, and we will get there! <br>Blessings to you! ❤
