Working at a manufacturing company. Pay is low but enough to scrape by. At this point, im just thankful i even have a job.

It is the online hiring process. Back in the day they would have help wanted signs and newspaper ads you could walk in, present and introduce yourself to HR, fill out an application, get called in for an interview and get the job. That was not always easy, however now, people have changed. It is a very impersonal world we live in.

My son told me he didn't want to go to college. He said he did not want any debt. I was a little concerned. He started working at age 14. By the time he was 21, he already had 7 years sales experience He just found a job he likes and it pays well. Encourage your kids to work through during college. Most college grads don't even work in the field of study.
