  To me, a company calling itself a family never once felt like a family to me. And I frankly felt insulted every single time when they said "We ArE fAmIlY hErE". No TF we aren't, a real and healthy family never makes you feel miserable and they sure don't lie to you either. And a family will always treat you right and make sure you're well off. Companies lacked ALL of these things.

  Burnout used to be rewarded with a home to go home to and collapse you're exhausted body into, and a fridge filled with food to eat. Now it's rewarded with nothing.

  I go for a new job orientation Tuesday. <br>One of my main questions is actually going to be. <br>Do you offer loyalty benefits. <br>My current company does not. <br>I went for a performance review 3 months ago to try and get a raise. <br>I&apos;ve been working for the company for over 3 years and finally got all my certifications and permits.<br>I brought spreadsheets of statistical analysis and market conditions.<br>They admitted i was more prepared for this review than anyone has before me.<br>They refused.
