Baking soda, and water do the same job, on your battery.

Put a penny on your battery and the corrosion will go to that "sacrificial metal" first. Wash the penny off with water periodically.

Baking soda + hydrogen peroxide mixed to a paste and used on a white plastic bumper cleaned up like new!

Small leak on a smart cars AC system that over the years they add a few ounces with leak seal and it lasts a few years. Brought it to a shop and they quoted me a minimum of 800 dollars and a diagnostic fee of a 150 dollars when I already knew what it was. Brought it to another shop. They charged me 100 bucks!
