  One thing I gotta disagree with: Lalo doesn't "just like it". Isn't he driven by the need to prove himself worthy of the Salamanca name? That, and to prove his (mostly correct) suspicions regarding Gus's operation? Listen what he's saying to the camcorder at the end, and to whom he says it. But he does also seem to have this weird psychopathic enjoyment of what he does, I must admit.

  The problem I have with this Lalo character was the character was to be from Mexico. &nbsp;Then, why does he speak with an American accent? &nbsp; From experience with immigrants, immigrants who moved to the US as adults CANNOT speak with an American accent. &nbsp;Adult immigrants could be here for decades and can’t lose their foreign accent.

  Anyone else catch that El Camino was released between season 4 and 5 of better call Saul, after Lalo has made his appearance so the math here is off?

  Lalo was a dark empath. Theyre the most dangerous people because they can still display genuine emotion, but they can turn it off on a dime and go into psychopath mode.
