  Word of advice to anyone who plans to travel back to prehistoric times, always wear a hazmat suit, then wash it and have a shower as soon as you get back to the present. You never know what kind of prehistoric diseases could get you and what would happen if they came back to the present.

  As a biologist I can't imagine that the dinos had it any worse as a whole than truly wild animals today. Dinos were around for like 120 million yrs and have been gone for 66million yrs. I have no reason to think that 120million yrs is not enough time to evolve great immune systems and modern animals are not some how "better" at fight diseases
